Large Monthly Production Capacity
Our factory covers an area of 3,000 square meters and houses 300 workers. We have different modern production equipment, such as cutting and flat machines, high cars and computer cars.
With such resources, we turn out 500,000 mobile phone cases and 100,000 tablet PC cases monthly. Also, we release about 30 new cases a month to meet the market requirements.
Completing Samples in Three to Five Days
Our R&D team can work on your sketches and have a sample completed for you in three to five days. We also have been working with a molding factory for eight years, allowing us to offer new molds in as fast as two days. Also, we can provide high-quality customized molds within 15 working days according to your need.
Implementing a Strict Quality Control System
We implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the highest quality all the time. Firstly, we use materials that are compliant with the RoHS and REACH Directives in making the cases. Secondly, we check the quality in every production process. Cases will only be passed on to the next production process if they are in good quality. Lastly, before packing, our professional QC team will again check each item carefully.
